The Midwest Food Processors Association (MWFPA) conducted its 110th "Annual Conference and Trade Show" at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells this past December. There were over 1000 people in attendance at this two-day event that brings together leaders in the food processing industry to discuss trends, view new technologies, share expertise, and network with professionals in different companies and disciplines.

Controlled Environment Engineering (CEE) was pleased to be an active participant in this event, providing an exhibit booth with engineers to answer questions related to air-quality as it affects food safety and an interactive, Power-Point, mini-conference conducted by our VP for Engineering (David Swinehart) entitled “Ventilation Management for Improved Food Safety” which was well-attended, informative and provided valuable discussion of real-life applications.
