The Problem

How to control air flow between rooms for a pet food manufacturing process. Due to negative air pressure, untreated air from the processing area was flowing to the packaging area, affecting the cleanliness of the final product.

The Solution

A system of filtered air, pressurized rooms and airlocks was installed that eliminated contamination.

The static pressure of air moving in and out of the processing area is controlled and food packaging is safe from contaminated air. The new system saved thousands of dollars annually in electricity costs.
